A loud title paired with complementary type and minimalistic layout provides an epilogue, or “section at the end that serves as a comment on or a conclusion to what has happened,” to conclude the work of twenty BFA and MFA students from Portland State University’s 2022 class in their annual exhibition catalog. Working collaboratively with three other designers, I designed a section of the interior spreads as well as worked through the cover concept and art direction of the whole.
